Position is 2-3 shifts/ week. Weekend availability is a must. 1 dishwashing shift/week, 1-2 bussing and prep shifts/week.

• Washing and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils, etc. to a high standard using a three compartment sink and a dishwasher.

• Maintain dishwasher by following cleaning instructions, refilling fluids, operating machine as directed.

• Completing daily food prep list. Includes washing, peeling and cutting produce, grating cheese, preparing sauces, other tasks as directed.

• Putting away clean, dry dishes, bussing and sanitizing tables.

• Communicate with FOH team to provide excellent customer service

• Maintain safe, clean, organized kitchen.

• Must have the stamina to work in a standing position at a fast pace for duration of shift.

• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities include:
• Taking orders over the phone, in person and managing online orders.
• Ensuring accuracy of orders when taking orders, when communicating them to cooking staff, when packing carry out orders and when delivering orders to tables.
• Providing friendly, attentive and knowledgeable customer service.
• Preparing espresso bar, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages to order.
• Stocking carry out containers, retail items, beverage fridge, any other items necessary for service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized service and dining area.
Skills include:
• TIPS (or other bartending) certification preferred
• Knowledge of vegan/ vegetarian/ seasonal ingredients and cooking is preferred.
